Log in to the support portal and submit a ticket describing your issue. You'll get a reference number and updates as our team works through it.

Who can use the portal?

The portal is for our venue partners, franchisees and installers. If you host our games and don't yet have access, get in touch and we'll set you up.

What about installation and maintenance?

Our worldwide team supports you from first question to install and beyond. Log maintenance requests through the portal and we'll arrange the right help.
